Other Achievements

FOOTBALL:

➢ Captain of Tamil Nadu Women’s Football team for 5 years (1986-1990)

➢ Captain of MADRAS UNIVERSITY Football team at GNDU Amristar (1990) ➢ Played for REST OF INDIA team during the Indian Coaching Camp at Calicut scored only goal against the INDIAN TEAM during 1987.

➢ Played for INDIA in the INDIA GOLD CUP International Level tournament at Trivandrum, Kerala.

HOCKEY:

➢ Represented MADRAS UNIVERSITY as a goalkeeper. In the All India Inter University Tournament held at Jaipur -1990.

➢ Played for Chennai District in the State Championship as a goal keeper and Emerged Winners

in 1990.

HANDBALL:

➢ Represented TAMIL NADU in the Women’s Festival held at Coimbatore (1985) and MADRAS

UNIVERSITY (1985).

➢ Represented YMCA College of Physical Education in Football, Hockey, Cricket, Handball, and Kabaddi for MADRAS UNIVERSITY inter Divisional Tournament.

NCC:

➢ Parade Commander for the passing out Parade in women’s Officer in training School, Gwalior.

➢ Trained Associate NCC Officer from DAV girls Higher Secondary School, Gopalapuram.

➢ During my service in DAV my CADETS won ALL INDIA BEST CADET AWARD at RDC Delhi.

➢ Represented TAMILNADU Contingent as an ANO for RDC (1993)

➢ Capable of training Students to the Highest Standards in March Past.
