About
The Department of Hindi was founded in 1976 to offer secondlanguage Hindi to students of the pre-University courses. Hindi is offered under Part I: Language to all undergraduate students.

A Certificate Course comprising training in collaboration with Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha to equip students to take up the Hindi Prachar Sabha examinations, is offered.
